"Shortly after meeting Mr. Rowe, I knew his company would be the one I hired. He was patient with all my questions (and I asked a lot of them) and never was condescending or manipulative. His price was $50 more than other estimates but I felt that was a fair trade off for a company whose owner was so knowledgeable and had such a great reputation. When his team arrived at my house, I didn't think he was coming but I couldn't have cared less. Like Mr. Rowe, all were knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. I had no concerns about leaving my house and it's belongings in their hands. I was also reminded that it was recommended to stay out of my house for 24 hours. Not one other company told me this and seeing I have birds which includes an Amazon parrot, this was important information. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would recommend them highly. Seeing I have worked professional construction projects with family members, I can be very hard to please and a bit suspicious about the claims made by some companies. I have heard the big claims some contractors make and then seen the sad results when the client has to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. This is NOT the case with Rowe Insulation. The job they did was higher than even my standards!"
